If you have completed the form on our ‘Contact us’ page to enquire about catering or butchery requests, this information is shared with ACE Catering Services employees only to enable us to process your request.
How long we retain your data
We retain contact details including name, email address and telephone number along with the body of text of the enquiry for 6 years after which time it will be deleted. This retention schedule is based on rights afforded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However, customers may request to have their contact details and enquiry deleted at any time by contacting us to do so.
What rights you have over your data
If you have completed an enquriy form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
Where your data is sent
Enquiries from the website via the form on our ‘Contact us’ page is securely stored on WordPress.com servers and sent securely to the WordPress.com Professional Email account powered by Titan. Enquiries are processed this way to allow us to reply directly to your email address.
